The DIOCESE SCREENING LICENSE payment entitles you (the “LICENSEE”) a license for an unlimited, non-broadcast, public exhibition of OVER 18 (the “FILM”) within the church diocese that you specified to Hope for the Sold (the “LICENSOR”).

The license fee for screening the FILM is payable to The Brock Stewardship. In consideration of payment of the license fee provided for above, the LICENSOR will provide the LICENSEE with two (2) DVD copies of the FILM to be used for the screening(s), electronic publicity materials (if desired) and this license to screen the film in one location.

The LICENSOR agrees that the LICENSEE may charge admission to screenings and retain all monies received from ticket sales. The LICENSOR hereby grants to the LICENSEE, without warranty, an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to screen the FILM within the diocese, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein, as follows:

-The LICENSEE hereby expressly agrees that the FILM shall be used only for the permitted purposes as set forth in this AGREEMENT and for no other purpose.
-The LICENSEE agrees that the FILM may be exhibited in more than one screening within the diocese for official diocese events. Any screening outside of the above context(s) will require additional licensing.
-The LICENSEE agrees that it shall not permit the FILM to be duplicated, sold, loaned, transferred, televised or made available online or to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other than as provided for in this AGREEMENT.
With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the LICENSEE that any rights, title, or interest that the LICENSOR maintains with respect to the FILM are expressly reserved by the LICENSOR. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
